  • Work closely with the Global Digital Performance Manager and Global Digital Marketing Executive to maximise digital performance and ROI across all markets
  • Support with planning and executing global and local campaigns across digital marketing channels e.g. Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display, Affiliates and Remarketing.
  • Establish clear goals for each campaign alongside robust KPIs, to ensure activity is continually delivering against plan.
  • Develop the Paid search channel to continually maximise opportunities in this space and to ensure campaigns are targeted, executed on-time and on-brand
  • Work closely with affiliate network partners and third parties to drive customer acquisition and implement initiatives to increase performance.
  • Work with wider digital and content teams to ensure Paid Search, Social and Affiliate campaigns are consistent and joined up for across relevant channels (Email, CRM, PR, Social, SEO, Display etc.)
  • Support the CRM team with co-ordinating, testing and scheduling email campaigns.
  • Act as key point of contact on the day-to-day requirements for several international markets. Use weekly calls and ongoing communication with each market to manage local requirements, local activity, promotional creative development and future planning. Actively log and share actions and requirements with the wider Ecommerce and Digital Marketing team.
  • Leverage new digital initiatives to engage with consumers to enhance brand experience.
  • Analyse campaign, channel analysis reports against key metrics, with the purpose of identifying opportunities for future improvement and driving efficiencies within specific channels.
  • What skills and qualities will I needKey Skills:
  • Experience in optimising digital strategies and campaigns across Search, Affiliate, Remarketing, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRM and SEO channels for different markets.
  • Experience in Paid Search with strong experience managing Paid Search agencies covering Google Shopping Ads, Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) and/or Google Display Network.
  • Experience in working with Affiliate networks, publishers and third-party partners as well as optimising Affiliate programmes.
  • Experience in driving growth in SEO, implementing onsite and offsite strategies and best practice.
  • Experience in technical SEO, briefing and testing requirements with development teams
  • Excellent hands-on experience with Search, Affiliate platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Google Search Console, Affiliate Window etc.
  • Experienced in setting up and testing Email/ CRM campaigns using ESPs, ideally using Emarsys or other similar ESPs (e.g. DotDigital, Adobe Campaign etc.)
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics 360 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights
  • Good experience with complementary tools, Search Ads 360, Google Ads Editor, DoubleClick and other tracking tools, Google Trends.
  • Good technical understanding of tracking tags and product feed management
  • Liaise and work closely with external vendors and key partners (feed provider, account representatives) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a forensic understanding of account performance, and high proficiency in Excel
  • Educated to degree-level, ideally in Business or Marketing.
  • Beauty engaged with a real passion for the Beauty sector
  • Proven skills in building strong working relationship - both internally and externally
  • A keen eye for detail, proven proof-reading skills essential
  • Key Qualities:
  • You are detail-oriented and highly organised
  • At least 3 years digital marketing experience ideally in a premium retail, agency side and/ or an ecommerce environment
  • Understanding of digital media planning and buying process
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentational
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent skills in collaboration and building strong working relationships across internal teams and suppliers/agencies
  • A great brand advocate
  • Demonstrates drive, ability to juggle multiple projects and work in an agile way
