Job Description

German Speaking Inside Sales Centre Agent£20K-£24K (based on the experience) + BenefitsFull Time PermanentCentral LondonKerr operating as an employment business working on behalf of our client, a well-known company within the travel/airline sector based in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, selling tickets and promoting the company offers.What you would do:

  • Managing reservations and bookings (hotels, flights, trains)
  • Keeping the internal database updated and maintain accurate records
  • Ticketing, issuing, reissuing tickets and refunds on the system
  • Informing customers of any cancellation of their bookings
  • Answering customers queries via email and via phone
  • Carrying out other general duties
    • Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of AMADEUS would be desirable
  • Computer literate - MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in an airline company would be desirable
  • Good communication skills
