Job Description

Your New Job Title: German Speaking - Inside Sales Centre AgentThe Skills Youll Need: German, Airline, Customer service, Call centre, AmadeusYour New Salary: Salary package is £20,000 - £24,000Location: London Zone 1Who Youll Be Working for: Oriental AirlinesWhat Youll be Doing Each Day:

  • Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, railways,
  • Ticketing, issuing, reissuing tickets and refunds
  • Operate the VIPS efficiently as well as other internal systems to maintain accurate and up-to date records
  • Call customers in case of irregular operations
  • Assist with queries from offices, Airports, other sections and other airlines to ensure smooth communications and operations
  • Carry out other duties as instructed by Supervisor/Manager
    • The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Fluent Verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Team player
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Job status: 2 year contract with possible extension to permanent contractStart date: ASAPWorking hours:Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays according to roster.
