Job Description

An international IT company, one of the largest technical provides, are currently looking for an ambitious Trilingual Customer Service Advisor (Fluency in German, Italian and English). You will become part of their growing EMEA customer support team based in South West London. Within your position you will be delivering exceptional customer service, supporting with any technical enquiries in a professional manner.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with all enquiries, answering calls, emails and chat across the German and Italian market
  • Maintain the client/customer satisfaction
  • Providing technical support, ensuring all issues is being dealt in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the products to guide and advise customers
  • About you:In order for you to succeed, is vital for you have a positive approach with a background in customer service and have faultless language skills in German and Italian.
