About the Role of German Account ManagerWe are looking to recruit for a fluent German speaking Account Manager for the DACH Region within the Energy sector. This is a hybrid 50 / 50 split between New Business and Account Management - you will have an existing book of business to manage, grow anddevelop whilst also hunting for new business within existing accounts for cross selling and up selling.The role will be based in London (mix of office and home based) and we are looking for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and assume responsibility for growing a region.As an Account Manager you will:
  • Build mutually beneficial, value-based relationships with existing clients and new prospects in the DACH Region to maximize revenue yield and renewal likelihood
  • Be responsible for selling a range of subscription based solutions including pricing data, reports, benchmarks into the Energy sector in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts
  • Develop new business from existing accounts through cross selling / up selling
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients to ensure they maximize their relationship with the company and are open to communications about new products, promotions and upcoming events
  • Travel to see clients in Germany and the DACH region
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales revenue targets
If you are a fluent German speaker and have at least 2 - 3 Years experience in B 2 B Sales and would like to work for a market leader where you can develop and progress your career then we would love to hear from you!Your Skills & Experience:
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Native level German speaker
  • Degree educated
  • Experience of selling business intelligence / business information / software would be beneficial
  • Coachable, hungry and keen to develop your career in sales with a market leader
