Job Description

An established consultancy are looking for an experienced Genomics Project Manager, with a passion for bioanalysis, to join their team to provide specialist services oversight and consultancy solutions to the global life sciences sector.The CompanyThey are providing bioanalytical and logistics expertise in scientific project management, and have recently partnered with a CRO.Genomics Project Manager Role:This exciting opportunity is needing someone to be responsible for enacting of the genomic biomarker analysis at CROs in support of the development projects. As the project Manager you will working will be responsible for:

  • Data transfer from CROs to internal databases.
  • Timely provision of deliverables and adherence to strict project deadlines.
  • Regulatory compliance of all conducted work, including documentation.
  • Engage with CROs/Laboratory service organizations via regular calls to monitor progress and maintain oversight of agreed outsourced bio-analytical activities.
  • Develop and track RFP/contract documentation both internally to client and externally with selected bio-analytical CROs.
  • Monitor and respond to correspondence from various internal functional/stakeholder groups involved in clinical sample analysis and data processing. These will include the client CRO facing sample managers, biomarker scientists, data acquisition function, procurement, and sample repository representatives.
    • Genomics Project Manager Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc in life science or relevant area.
  • Genomic/Bioanalytical expertise
  • Extensive experience in clinical development is essential.
  • Experience overseeing external partners and laboratory services is required.
  • Prior life science industry experience 4+ years is required.
    • In return, you will receive a competitive salary ranging between £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience with ongoing career progression.
