GENERAL MANAGER WANTED TO LAUNCH NEW CONCEPT RESTAURANT IN CENTRAL LONDONI have a new role with a very successful restaurant group who needs a General Manager for their new concept restaurant that they will be opening in Central London early next year.My Client runs two very successful venues in London and is due to open 4 new restaurants this year.Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the day-to- day profitability of this exciting new venue.Working with the management team you will be responsible for the launch and then the day-to-day running of this spectacular new venue.This is a very entrepreneurial role and your rewards will be closely linked to performance.Would ideally suit a general manager with experience of opening new restaurants or venues.The unit will have some live entertainment at certain times i.e. Jazz at Sunday Brunch, a Cocktail Bar on the left side serving light and full meals, a full Restaurant in the centre and raised area and a take-away Deli in the far end from the second door, alsoserving the whole Restaurant and Bar, while all complementing each other.The New York Brasserie will be open from about Midday to way past Midnight (Licensed for food and drink until 2:30am seven days a week).If this fantastic opportunity is for you then please apply asap via the link below or contact Ian Gerstein on for more information.Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
