As a Building Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team and contribute to the success of the building.Key Responsibilities: As the Building Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and smooth operation of the asset. Your key duties will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day building operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Managing service charge budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
• Coordinating and supervising all maintenance and repair works, engaging with contractors, and overseeing the quality and timeliness of their services.
• Building strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Implementing proactive strategies for energy management, sustainability initiatives, and waste reduction, to promote environmental best practices within the building.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including owners, investors, and internal teams, to develop and execute effective building management strategies.
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments of the buildings facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate action plans.

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as a Building Manager, preferably within a commercial property environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Financial acumen and experience in managing service charge budgets.
• Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office applications.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications
