Job Details Zenon is currently recruiting for an established VIP Charter Broker Company based Greece, who is looking for a General Manager to join their team. Successful Candidates will be responsible for the management of the sales, operations, marketingand financial aspects of the business, reporting directly to the board of directors. Main Responsibilities:-Manage the day-to-day activities of the companyGenerate sales and business opportunities from potential clientsStrategize to close sales andbusiness development opportunities.Relationship management with clients and suppliersProvide excellent and customised service to the clients.Supervise the creation of a Business Plan for future projects.Expand the companys presence in the saleand purchase market of private jets. Minimum Skills and ExperienceGeneral Management experience is essential alongside customer account management and business development.Previous experience as a consultant / General Manager for a minimum of 3 - 5 yearsis a pre-requisiteExtensive knowledge of different aircraft types, and understanding their capabilities The company is looking for someone who has detailed planning and organisational skills who is able to work on their own as well as part of a team. Youwill have strong problem solving skills as well as excellent rapport building skills in order to effectively manage clients in what is sometimes a pressurised environment.
