• This is an exciting new role that has come available through significant growth in the company you will be joining the team here in London as an execution trader.
• Handling multiple FX Option pricing at the same time. A strong understanding of FX options (both vanilla and exotics) as well as a good appreciation of market liquidity is required.
• Using a variety of bank trading platforms as well as Bloomberg in a swift an accurate manner across spot and options.
• Communicating clearly with in house sales, and counterparties in and around transactions. Being aware of delta risk at all times and being cognisant of the market risk to any given trade during the transaction.
• Managing existing Liquidity provider relationships and actively adding/seeking new relationships to ensure the desk continues to have unrivalled liquidity coverage in all markets. You will be responsible for constantly improving Spectras market accessand liquidity.
• Creating trade ideas, collating market research, flow reports, market colour etc and ensuring adequate preparation for the day to support the senior sales team.
• Delivering exceptional levels of relationship management and customer service for existing clients and bank relationships.
• Playing an active role in the company and adding to the strategic expansion of the business.
• Exhibiting high levels of professionalism when developing new business contacts
• Ensuring key information is accurately entered into the CRM system
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all the team

What we are looking forWe are keen to receive applications from those who are highly focussed on accurate and swift execution of trades. Ideally you would be degree educated, although not essential, and have had two years exposure to the financial markets performing FX Spot andFX option trading or execution. Ability to handle high pressure situations and be able to multitask is essential.
