Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Fundraising Officer to join a committed team in the not-for-profit sector in London. The role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies to increase charitable contributions.Client DetailsOur client is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation, boasting a team of over 200 dedicated individuals. Based in London, they work tirelessly to provide support and assistance to disadvantaged individuals, making a significant impact in the community.Description

  • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors
  • Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
  • Manage donor database and ensure compliance with fundraising laws
  • Prepare and present fundraising reports to management
  • Work closely with marketing and PR team to promote fundraising events
  • Train and supervise fundraising volunteers
  • Participate in the ongoing review and development of the fundraising strategy
ProfileA successful Senior Fundraising Officer should have:
  • Prior experience in a fundraising role within the not-for-profit sector
  • Exposure to or a desire to learn about writing grants
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of fundraising laws and regulations
