Hours: 35 hours per week, but were open to flexible workingAbout the RoleWe have big goals over the next few years.Were going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.Together well be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.Will you join usIf you know how to lead a marketing team to engage large numbers of people over the full marketing mix of channels, you can help us meet our goal of increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33% over the next three years.You will need: Excellent team management skills Experience of project management involving colleagues from other teams Experience of managing multi-channel and multi-product portfolios Experience of launching new marketing channels, products or propositions based on audience insight and market trends.You will join the Individual Giving & Legacies team as Innovation Manager.
