Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic Fundraising professionalseeking career progression Are you seeking a hybrid working pattern Keen to join a dynamic team If so, look no further!Robertson Bell are proud to be working with this growing charitable organisation as they go to market for a Fundraising Manager on a permanent basis. This role pays a vital role in shaping the fundraising strategy for this Charity as well as providing day-to-daymanagement to the team.The Fundraising Manager responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective donors, clients and partners and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Leading and mentoring junior staff members and delegating tasks.
  • Drawing up plans to ensure annual targets and budgets are met.
  • Creating effective strategies for maximizing donations.
  • Create a strong national fundraising strategy that adhere to the objectives set within the organisation.
With a flexible hybrid work pattern, coupled with an excellent benefits package, the head office is based in central London with an attendance of two days per weekrequired in the office.The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant Degree in either marketing, fundraising, or communications.
  • Prior experience in a senior fundraising role.
  • Experience in managing or leading a team.
  • Excellent financial management and budget management skills.
  • Strong communications skills dealing with donors, clients and stakeholders.
