Fundraising Innovation Manager Contract Type: Permanent Full timeClosing Date: 29 January 2023Salary: £47,702- £52,723Location: LondonConcern Worldwide (UK) is looking for a permanent Fundraising Innovation Manager to join the Fundraising team in the London office.About the role:This role will lead and champion the new fundraising innovation function at Concern Worldwide UK. You will work alongside colleagues in Fundraising and other teams and manage a small team and dedicated budget.The overall goal of this new function is to champion fundraising innovation at Concern UK, leading on new processes, in collaboration with other teams, and promoting the conditions required for successful innovation. The fundraising innovation function willhelp to future-proof fundraising at Concern, with a focus on income generation through new product development and continuous improvement of existing products.About you:You will have a minimum of 3 years experience and strong knowledge of new product development processes and techniques. You will have experience of fundraising across multiple income streams and channels, for example: direct mail, door drops, digital channels,events. Excellent project management and organisation skills necessary to deliver complex multi-channel marketing campaigns on time and on budget. Staff are expected to come into their base office once per week or the monthly equivalent i.e., 4 times per month.
