    • Job Description Apply now for more information on an exciting new senior fund accountant opportunity with a high performing and fast-growing boutique based in the City of London. You will be responsible for a portfolio of funds and the key requirements for these funds will be:
  • Quarterly NAV file preparation for a portfolio of funds. Primarily for LP / GP and master feeder structures with multiple Investor classes.
  • Delivery of relevant and accurate information to investors, delivering best in class reporting.
  • Calculation and review of fund management fees and performance fees.
  • Agree the quarter end schedule with the administrator and work towards meeting each of the agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare and review portfolio tables for inclusion in investor advisor reports.
  • Investigate and resolve all discrepancies and reconcile differences with the administrators files.
  • Review Financial Statements (Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS) and Capital Statements (ILPA) ahead of distribution to investors.
  • Prepare fund-by-fund KPI and performance analysis including asset, investor and fund IRRs.
  • Manage fund liquidity through LP drawdowns as well as bridge and leverage utilisations for a portfolio of funds.
  • Ongoing liaison with fund administrators ensuring ongoing and ad hoc deliverables for investors or other stakeholders are delivered on time.
  • Monitor FX risk through periodic FX hedge reconciliations and adherence to the FX Hedging Policy
  • Ensuring Fund Investment guidelines are met for new deal allocations
    • Qualifications
  • The applicant will need to have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 (or equivalent) at degree level.
  • Experience with LP / GP structures and/or Master Feeder structures as well as a fund accounting background would be beneficial.
  • They will have more than 2 years experience working as a fund accountant on either LP / GP structures
  • Keen eye for detail who has a numeric background
