You will be responsible for:Overseeing the day to day service provider operations for the UCITS and QIAIF platformManage the relationships of the extensive network of global distribution platformOversee the external transfer agency relationshipCoordinate product implementation in conjunction with various teams throughout the global businessMonitor and measure the impact of all regulatory developments on the firms UCITS and QIAIF fund rangeEstablish new procedures and enhance existing processes by seeking ways to improve and streamline.Closely oversee, and coordinate updates to legal agreementsDrive the effort for creating efficiencies within the team and remove manual processes where possibleEnsuring SLA requirements are met and monitoring key supplier controlsParticipate in regular meetings with service providersReporting of key management information to the business through participation in various board meetings, and internal governance committees.You will need:At least 5 years exerience in the UCIT and QIAIF space with a thorough understanding of this business.Excellent stakeholder management experience and a proven track record of in managing external suppliers.Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate issues, propose and implement solutions, and consider all downstream implicationsHighly organized and strong attention to detail with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, and willing to challenge status quo to improve processes.Ability and willingness to drive change in a dynamic fast paced environment.
