Description Our client is looking for someone with listed equities experience to join a lean finance team. This is one of several key appointments in support of the growth of the firm. The role will be focused on traditional asset management (equities, fixed income and fund of funds). The appointee will be responsible for supporting finance leadership on the asset management side of the business. Moreover,you will take full responsibility for the portfolio of investments specific to equities, fund-of-funds and fixed income. Examples of responsibilities performed within the role will include: Fund administrator oversight Pricing Committee reporting Accrual reviews,expense analysis and Invoice processing Financial statement and audit management Produce and review investor reporting Pooling savings calculations Resolve client/internal queries by conducting an independent investigation Assist or lead ad-hoc projects assignedfrom fund launches to process changes Skills The appointee must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic track record and experience in either in-house fund finance or asset management. For this particular role, fundaccounting experience in the context of traditional assets is important, specifically listed equities and fixed income.
