- Functional Consultant – Order Fulfilment & Delivery- PAYE up to £57,000 per annum- 12 month contract - Remote based working Working for a global FMCG company we are looking for an inquisitive, creative Consultant who has previous experience supporting an implementation of a Global Tool. Our client are reviewing their entire platform and are looking for some to research and implement changes to the tools selection for iOps, for all Archtypes and contribute to the creation of the respective functional specifications. You will be there to influence their tool set up. Understand their current state, assess their current tools, discuss their process and advise on what tools are good on the market place and recommend changes and how they can improve or identify new tools. Once it’s been decided which tools they should use, you will be involved with the process design, lead the construction/creation on the functional specs and hand over to the Solution Architect Team. The ideal candidate will have:-- Experience of process design and testing- Experience of working within a global implementation- Have a wide functional knowledge of a wide set of tools within an ERP- Be inquisitive, creative, ask lots questions, not be afraid to challenge and say what tools are better in the marketThe ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the following process areas; Order Management, Order Fulfilment, e-Commerce, Stock Allocation, Customer Interaction, Logistics.The specific tools are; Pega Order Management, O2C livewire, Magento, AATP, Pega Customer Portal, Pega Customer Interaction, Oracle Transport Management, Logistics Livewire.
