Job description: This is a unique entry point into a growing corporatefinance boutique focused on information technology and media. The role is highly entrepreneurial with high client impact within the thriving European tech sector. Key responsibilities: Supporting the firms partners in client sourcing, preparation and dealexecution Conducting relevant market research to assist with the origination of new transactions Developing and maintaining financial models for new transactions Supporting due diligence (financial, legal, operational etc) for our clients Developing managementpresentations Using a variety of valuation techniques and M&A models Attending client meetings and supporting the senior members of the team in the ongoing advice to clients Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, confident and enthusiasticprofessional with 2-4 years of relevant experience (could be post-MBA): You will have previously worked in an investment bank, VC/PE, corporate finance boutique or big-4 accounting firm and ideally have some relevant transactional (M&A/capital raising) experienceYou will have strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and solid presentation abilities You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, sound commercial judgement, initiative, a self-starter attitude and be process-orientedYou will have a genuine interest in the technology sector and key verticals therein You will have a results-oriented personality, and enjoy working independently as part of small teams Strong academics with additional qualifications desirable (MSc, ACA, CFAetc) Fluency in English and Spanish is essential You will work directly with the firms partners in the marketing, preparation and deal execution within the thriving European tech sector and will have a significant role in shaping the growth and network ofthe firm.
