You will be responsible for transforming the technology supporting the entire client experience:including but not limited to on-boarding, transacting, reporting and all client service functions.This is a hands on engineering position in which the primary objective is to help deliver the client digital roadmap amidst the rapid growth Ruffer has seen over the last 12 months.The Client Technology Software Developer will be required to partner with functional owners to develop solutions that solve business problems for all applications supporting client touchpoints: Ruffer website, Client Portal, CRM, Client reporting and internalcommunication. This will include gathering and validating requirements, developing the solution and delivering to the clients.The role requires close engagement with key stakeholders and 3rd party relationships: vendors, contractors, software providers.
