Tech Skills: PHP, Laravel and React.Role Info:Full Stack Lead Developer - Remote - Well Funded FintechFully Remote / Adhoc Meet-Ups Surrey Head Office | £55,000 - £65,000 + Holiday, Gym Membership, Bike To Work scheme, Birthday OffThe Role:As the Lead Developer, you will have a creative input into the design and architecture of the project. You will have regular meetings with the directors of the company, sharing ideas to improve the project and creating plans to implement these ideas.You will need excellent communication skills, not only verbally but also being able to demonstrate functionality using visual representation. You will be the hub of the development team, understanding and orchestrating all the work that goes on inside the team.Documentation of the development work is also a requirement of the role, making sure that any work is documented before commencement.The project is a web application which has been developed on the LAMP stack, using PHP, Laravel and React. You will need these skillsets as well as experience working with others code to succeed.You will also be responsible for implementing and running a development methodology to ensure delivery of the project.
