Job Description

Robert Half is recruiting for a junior - Mid level Full Stack developer to join a well known Company and to be part of an exciting opportunity.** Please note this role is Outside IR35**ROLE: Full Stack Engineer - Javascript, AWS, SQLLENGTH: 3 Months - Part timeLOCATION: UK RemotePAY: Flexible Outside IR35API Development Expertise

  • An expert in designing and developing RESTful APIs for consumption by mobile, desktop, and web clients.
  • Thrives working across multidisciplinary teams to advise on API best practices, and be responsible for adapting APIs based on the mobile teams requirements.
  • Has the ability to produce API documentation for developers.
  • Database Design Expertise
  • Has the ability to design and implement complex relational databases from scratch, hosted on cloud services like (AWS, etc).
  • Can provide ongoing database maintenance for platform updates and changes in requirements.
Web Development Expertise
  • Ability to architect and build complex web applications from scratch.
  • Demonstrable experience building front end interfaces using HTML5/CSS3.
  • A strong understanding of JavaScript and best practices when building complex JavaScript applications.
  • Competence with Unix server environments and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity in interfacing with third-party API integrations.
  • An awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and their resolution.
  • Knowledge of responsive development best practices, preferably with some experience building a responsive interface.
  • Experience with version control - Git or similar.
