A genuine leader in there field are looking to recruit a full stack developer to join the team in a permanent capacity, they are currently working to 2 days office and 3 WFH. salary is to £80k and benefits package. West End London, great offices.Some of the things they are thinking about include: They want there models to be cloud-based: they are in the process of removing dependencies to internal drives and external data centres. They want there models to be able to talk to each other more efficiently: currently breaking down large systems into smaller, standalone packages that can be shared more easily They want systems, processes and architecture to continue to be fit for purpose in 2022: they have moved to Azure DevOps and have begun the process of setting up pipelinesThey have a track record of getting solutions to market quickly with developers that can work nimbly and discuss designs/functional requirements with non-technical end users.They dont, as a rule, follow specific development frameworks, but work in an agile way.They are a technology leader in industry and they want it to stay that way, whilst also improving the foundations and robustness of our technology and processes.What will you be doing Working mostly on the server (or server-less) side in conjunction with front-end developers across different areas including security, apis, databases, connectivity, deployment, monitoring and performance. Taking ownership of a given task/functional requirement and getting it out to users with support from the wider team.What essential skills and personal qualities do I need to apply for this role Experience in developing web application/services Experience with C# .NET Core Familiarity with cloud technologies, specifically Azure including some of Azure functions, Azure SQL, Azure B2C, Service fabric and blob storage Experience with the traditional Microsoft web stack - IIS, ASP, .NET Experience with data access using Entity Framework/SQL Server Continuous Integration, build/deployment pipelines Git source code management and use of Azure DevOps Experience of clean architecture approaches Experience of utilising Azure services to create solutions Understanding of SOLID principles Understanding of design patterns A team player, able to work closely with the wider team and develop junior team members - including those with no formal developer training. Open to others ideas and different ways of working.Useful (but not essential) experience Experience in front end development using html/javascript Experience with front end frameworks (We predominantly use Vue but similar framework experience also useful) Comfortable working with relational and non-relational databases An understanding of application security and experience working with security standards such as oAuth, ideally using Azure B2C
