FSEUK - Autonomy - Nuclear MedicineA company responsible for the development, manufacturing, sale and service of state-of-the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems is looking fro a FSE for as soon as possible. The products they are selling already has a good trademark across the globe andthe demand is growing rapidly in the UKs market.Working in a small team across the UK, (mostly around London, Birmingham and Leeds), this job role will give a lot of evolutionary perspective for your whole career since the company is growing at a rapid pace.Field Service Engineering will create/execute resources and programs to continuously improve the companys installed base customer satisfaction and loyalty and provide field service support for the machines as needed. The Engineer will also have direct inputto the Director of Service Europe, Operations, and engineering teams.Responsibilities* Provide on site support and phone support to field service organisation problems and product issues related to software, firmware, networking, and their clinical applications* Preform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance* Provide technical and support to sales and applications as needed* Working with different teams across the organisation: supply chain, production, R&D.Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Experience servicing and troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment* Experience servicing/installing Medical imaging equipment preferred* Experience servicing/Calibrating/installing C.T preferred* Knowledge in C.T. and N.M. would be a strength* Able to work independently - Autonomy* Approximately 50-60% travel* Strong sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal skills* Technical knowledge in imaging appliance and or medical appliance ApplicationsDo you have a taste for challenge and a strong sense of results Are you committed and passionate Send me your CV now.
