My global banking client is looking for an expert Frontend Developer, someone to get involved with two projects. One is to help continue the development our in-house application used the FX trading and sales for managing their sales-trader workflows and handling dealer interventions. The other is to help design and implement our front office trade repository that is used by sales and trading to support internal trade message flows to facilitate STP, simpler workflows, improved real-time risk and additional trading MI. The candidate will demonstrate adherence to quality standards/principles, usability design standards, and good engineering practice and be responsible for helping define and build front to back solutions. As part of the Engineering team, you will need to pick up new technologies and innovative ways to solve problems. In order to be successful, strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary and you must be comfortable operating in an agile, dynamic environment.Location - Remote working (client based in London)Duration - 6 MonthsRate - £550 - £619pd (umbrella)Skills and Qualifications:-Strong understanding of ReactJS and Redux- Experience with other frameworks and UI technologies beneficial- Experience with Typescript essential- Must be familiar with both REST and websocket integration- Must be familiar with use of node.js and webpack- Experience of micro service applications, API gateways and Zuul/spring gateway- Understanding of redux-saga would be advantage- Any backend experience : Java, Spring boot that makes the candidate not simply a front end developer would be highly beneficial as well- Experience with working Capital Markets Front Office technology is preferred, in particular with knowledge of the FX domainSpring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
