Job Description

You will be a reception for a luxury skin care clinic based in Kensington and through being the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they enter the clinic. You willhave a genuine passion for skincare and beauty or a strong interest in these fields to ensure our clients receive personalised and exceptional service.Client DetailsThis client is a prestigious luxury skincare clinic located in the heart of Kensington, London. The team are dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of skincare and beauty services, using the latest and most advanced techniques and productsin the industry.DescriptionKey responsibilities for this reception role in luxury skin care are:

  • Welcome and greet clients warmly, ensuring a hospitable experience.
  • Manage appointments efficiently using the booking system.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
  • Stay informed about our skincare products and services to assist clients.
  • Maintain a clean and luxurious reception area.
  • Handle client records and financial transactions with care and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic staff.
  • Encourage and collect client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by recognizing their preferences.
ProfileA well suited candidate for this London based position will have:
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in Kensington, including Saturdays with a day in the week retuned off.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty or a keen interest in these fields.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and booking systems.
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and treatments (training will be provided).
