Job Description

Front End Developer - Inside IR35We are currently recruiting for Front End Developer for our client who are a Global IT Service Provider on an initial 6 month contract which will be predominately based remotely however could potentially require rare travel to site in Blackfairs - London.Your duities:

  • Developing new user-facing features using React.js
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Your deliverables:
  • Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, Webpack, EcmaScript.
Your qualities:
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Exceptionally ambitious and communicative hands-on individual who are comfortable collaborating within the Agile methodology as part of a cross-functional team
  • Have experience working in fast-paced environments, and who have the passion and skills to take our product offerings to the next level.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment that encourages you to perform at your best, while contributing to the engineering efforts of one of our scrum teams.
  • You will be challenged to engineer right-sized solutions for complex business problems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in React and able to demonstrate strong JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience with popular js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Strong experience building single-page and progressive web applications
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Knowledgeable of CI/CD process with a DevOps mindset
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools, e.g. Bitbucket
