Job Description

Our client, a well-established organisation that provides materials to various brands and airline branches, is on the hunt for a skilled Sales Administrator with strong French language skills to join their vibrant team in South London. Due to the nature of their clients and it being a fast-paced organisation, it is mandatory for you to have gained B2B order processing skills in a previous role.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-class client service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Being responsible for order management, account management, order fulfilment and product support on the relevant accounts
  • Dealing with B2B clients internal and external communication whilst using your French language skills
  • Liaising with operations and logistics teams on order follow-ups and communication with clients as required
  • About you:The ideal candidate will be confident, have previous experience in logistics or shipping and possess outstanding communication skills as you will be communicating with various clients and divisions within the company. This is a fantastic vacancy for someone seeking to develop their career within a fascinating organisation and progress within the business. You will be required to work from their office on a daily basis.Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Solid experience in order processing or order fulfilment, especially in a product support and/or order dispatch environment
  • Previous experience working in customer care, sales administration, client support or account management dealing with products
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
