An established international events company are looking for a French speaking Operations Executive to join their team. The company have acquired a new portfolio of events in French speaking countries and are building a team that speak French fluently.The role is a new position and this person will join a seasoned events operations team. The team are collaborative and embrace a philosophy of working hard together in a fun environment.You’ll be responsible for:- Coordinating and managing exhibitors and assisting them with all aspects of their experience- Providing a high level of service to clients per-show, onsite and post show- Oversee and manage exhibitor manuals- Updating floorplans regularly and liaising with the sales and marketing teamsThe suitable person for this role must have:- 6-12 months experience in exhibition operations- Excellent time-management and organisational skills- ISOH certificate is desirable- Examples of great customer serviceIf you feel as though you have the relevant experience, please apply and upload your CV.
