Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Business Development Manager to take on an integral role within the wider Technology team, and take ownership of this market. You will take advantage of working for a global company. You will be driving revenue for a market leading, innovative event.The role will be split across driving revenue from established key accounts and acquiring new business. You will be responsible for driving sponsorship revenue and exhibition space. This is the ideal role for an outstanding consultative salesperson who can ask the right questions and offer solutions.Your fluency in French will enable you to liaise with key clients and create lasting relationships.The Role

  • As French Speaking Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts for a successful portfolio
  • Work closely with portfolio team to collaborate and develop commercial strategies
  • Generate new leads and drive revenue through selling exhibition space and sponsorship and develop long lasting partnerships
  • Attend trade exhibitions and network at events to increase industry awareness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English will ensure you can successfully build relationships and liaise with c-level executives
  • Demonstrate initiative to understand and become the face of the industry, identifying new trends and key players
  • Tenacity and a self-starter outlook to identify sales opportunities and proven ability to deliver against revenue targets
  • A solid background working in sales will equip you with the best knowledge and expertise to hit and exceed targets
