Job Description

Title: French Key Account Manager/Customer Success EMEALocation: London. Hybrid role Salary : £40,000-£55,000Sector : SaaS company. You will act as the main point of contact, providing world-class customer serviceand genuine consultative support.   • Nurture and manage a key accounts client portfolio, managing client expectations and service requirements.
  • Build strong, collaborative long-term working relationships at executive level
  • Communicate data-driven recommendations and industry best practices
  • Ensure that the client understand technical processes by using straight-forward language to communicate with a largely non-technical audience
  • Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly deliverables.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends
  • Stay in constant close contact with clients .
Requirements
  • Fluent French
  • Degree educated
  • Previous B2B experience gained in a tech environment
