Are you passionate about developing new business and hungry to exceed sales targets Would you like to work for a major Blue Chip name, which is known throughout the world and is well respected Do you have a track record of software or online solutionsto companies in France If so this could be the ideal opportunity for you!Our client is a leading provider of Business Information solutions to Financial / Tax Professionals, Legal, Accountancy and Corporate markets worldwide.They are seen as a trusted partner of information to all of their clients and are looking to grow their London Sales team by hiring for a French speaking Business Development Manager to sell new subscriptions / licenses for their online tax offering to Csuite decision makers including CFOs and Tax Directors of major Institutions in France.Their online solution help their clients gain access to all of the latest breaking news, research and data and will also help them develop tax-planning strategies to minimize risk and seize new opportunities.Reporting into the Sales Director this role will be focused on developing new business with new clients in France.As a FrenchBusiness Development Manager, you will be working towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales revenue targets and be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from identifying new prospects through toclose of sale. You will also develop a genuine knowledge of your prospects business and become a trusted advisor.Part of the role will be out meeting with clients and delivering face to face sales demonstrations (around 20%) so therefore we are looking for someone who enjoys getting out and attending meetings and someone who is self motivated and can manage this likerunning your own business.We are particularly interested in receiving applications from Business Development Managers / Sales Professionals who are experienced in selling business information / business intelligence or software into the Corporate, Legal, Accountancy or Banking /Finance sectors.On Offer is a very attractive Commission Scheme (paid out monthly) where you will earn a % of everything you sell on as well as quarterly bonuses for exceeding target and a yearly bonus. Should you hit your target for the year then you will be doubling your basic salary!Part of your training will involve going out to the HQ in the US (where restrictions allow) - we are looking for someone to start ASAP!If you feel you could be a good fit for this then please do get in touch.About You
  • Degree educated
  • Native level French speaker
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Self starter with a Hunter mentality
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Minimum 4 years experience in B 2 B Sales with a track record of over achievement
  • Experience of selling over the phone and delivering face to face presentations to senior level decision makers
  • Experience of selling business information or subscription-based sales would be beneficial
