Our award-winning client provides a digital platform to the Shipping, Supply Chain and Freight industry, providing visibility and operational insight into their supply chain.This has enabled them to grow incredibly fast and they are now looking to add to their Sales team across the UK and Europe.In particular, they are looking for Sales candidates who have a direct awareness of the client side of Supply Chain and the pain points therein. You ideally will therefore have worked within Supply Chain as well as having experience of selling end-to-end tech SaaS solutions.This is all about data, but it is also about understanding why that data is important.Youll be executing the growth strategy by:Targeting named accounts via warm leads, cold prospecting, industry events and social sellingHave a robust understanding of sales methodologies and forecastingBe structured in your approach to selling, navigating sales pursuits and deal qualificationHave demonstrable experience in team selling and complex salesUncover value in your clients’ Supply Chain which can be addressed by the platformBuild a long term and beneficial partnershipDevelop proposals, respond to RFPs and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective customersDevelop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunitiesQualifications8+ years experience selling SaaS or Supply Chain Solutions to companies >£100M in revenue or 5+ years experience in selling Freight Forwarding servicesTrack record of over performance and exceeding quotaData driven, highly numerate with business case examplesIndustry sales training/accreditationStrong prospecting and qualification skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and a pension schemeInternationally diverse, sociable, dynamic team with a clear vision and strategy25 days holiday a year plus bank holidaysflexible working, including parent-friendly working hours, flexible hours, working from home days.
