An exciting opportunity for a Community Manager to support the advertising team of a well known highstreet chain across online and owned channels over the busy festive period. You will be responsible for providing cover and working to further support the business over this busy time.The Role:- Managing out of hours communication as well as ensuring stakeholders are informed correctly.- Make ammendment where necessary for product recalls, price changes, product availability and digital leaflet changes ensuring all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout.- Responsible for Social Media updates (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & Twitter). You would be required to update artwork and copy in Photoshop (+After Effects) and Asana when needed.- Communicate with external agencies when required and ensure quality of work.- Maintain management of the brands app includin uploading of emergency banners and emmending coupons based upon the availability of the product in store.- Ad Hoc activities supporting online and social media teams which would include: producing on page header images and teasers, uploading product information into the CMS and creating Social Media templates for Facebook & Instagram.The Ideal Candidate: - Ability to work independantly whilst prioritising- Excellent communicater and multi-tasker with exceptional organisation- Proactive individual with a keen eye for detail- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excellent Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder skills- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) Required skills
