Job Description

twentyAI is partnered with a rapidly expanding PE backed business in the travel and tourism sector. The business is looking to hire a cost- focused FP&A manager to help bolster the reporting and analysis requirements within the FP&A team. Reporting directlyinto the Group Head of FP&A.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost reporting/analysis responsibilities forcommunication& marketing across the group
  • Own the financial model that supports the strategic plans & reporting ensuring all updates are current
  • Prepare financial, cashflow and valuation analysis providing decision support to the business leveraging the financial model
  • Responsible for financial modelling for the group and project level
  • Manage and co-ordinate the FP&A agenda, processes and reporting
  • Consolidating the reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic plans
  • Business performance analysis covering Month/Qtr and YTD performance including presentation decks and communicating insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Strategic business partner to the Exec, Business Units and Functional areas of the business
  • Support on opex review and initiatives
  • Support the development of business cases and investment analysis
  • Drive and support the BI strategy
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives
  • Ensure management structure is robust and reporting is accurate partnering with financial control to ensure consistency
  • Conducting industry/competitor analysis, benchmarking and market research
Key Attributes:
  • Qualified Accountant with 3-5+ PQE
  • Strong financial modelling skills around reporting, valuation and capital
  • Strong cost focused experience, ideally with cost heavy marketing experience £60 million + ideal
  • Group FP&A experience including some management experience & change/transformation
  • Strong data management skills
  • Strong BI experience and solid systems exposure/awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience up to C-Suite building effective relationships
  • Highly adaptable to change
