Job Description

Im supporting a marker leader within transportation space, looking for a FP&A Manager; business partnering with the operations team as well as across the business. This will be a pivotal role in determining the direction of the business and you will beheavily involved in the decision making process. The successful individual will be working closely with the Senior Leadership team including the Group FD.What youll be doing:

  • Responsible for financial and non-financial KPI targets for key stakeholders including reporting of performance
  • Business partnering with the operations team to find opportunities where efficiencies and savings can be made
  • Lead the annual budget ensuring accurate reporting of several departments spend alongside variance analysis and clear commentary on drivers
  • Prepare financial presentations and analyses for both budget and forecasts to be reviewed by the CEO and senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Head of FP&A, driving performance and improving performance initiatives
What we are looking for:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Commercially minded accountant with a true business partnering style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Team player- you will be working closely with many departments, and senior stakeholders
