Job Description

FP&A Analyst - Real Estate - Immediate Start - Remote Working The role of the Interim Senior FP&A Analyst is to provide financial performance reporting and analysis as well as budgeting and forecasting for the business. The role will also be supporting the administration of BI tools and provide key support to usersacross the organisation.Role & Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in design and build of new reports and dashboards for the UK business
  • Preparation and planning of 2022 re-forecast and 2023 Budget
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables provided within required timescales
  • Prepare analysis of financial and operational metrics at various points during process
  • Evaluation and review of correct allocation of costs between departments/entities based on agreed cost drivers.
  • Ensuring that all procedures are properly complied with and that liaison with external organisations including auditors and tax consultants is dealt with promptly
  • Lead the preparation of monthly Board packs and other monthly analysis
  • Maintaining and distributing KPI dashboards and other metrics which will support decision making
  • Deep dive P & L Reviews and spend analysis to any areas of overspend
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of automated standard and ad-hoc reports
About You:
  • Finance Qualification ACCA, CIMA or ACA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an FP&A team
  • Ideally 1+ year of relevant industry experience
  • Microsoft Excel skills including Sumifs, Index/Match etc
  • Passionate about data analysis
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tool
