Job Description

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an international real estate client who are looking for an FP&A analyst to join them for 6 to 9 months initially before a possible temp to perm.As the FP&A Analyst this role will support the FP&A Director in developing the management information platform along with the typical business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting framework to key stakeholders
  • Support the FP&A Director in the business planning cycle, this includes financial modelling business plans and operating budgets/forecasts
  • Assist in quarterly re-forecasting
  • Develop and build a cost model looking at KPIs and managing the variance to budget
  • Develop and maintain the revenue model, partnering with external stakeholders, marketing & operations teams
  • Identify any trends in KPI for revenue costs and cash flow, providing analysis where possible
  • Support investment decisions across the business by looking at investment valuations, rate of return, payback periods etc
  • Ad HocFP&A & modelling tasks
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Very strong excel skills & financial modelling
  • Previous FP&A experience managing budget & forecasting cycles
  • Brilliant communication & stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of IFRS & UK GAAP
