You will work alongside a diverse and experienced group where your personal development is at the forefront of our culture.There will be opportunities to work on high profile engagements, providing experience across a range of sectors and developing a number of different skill sets. Our typical disputes engagements include acting as party appointed expert, single joint expertor advisor in a host of litigation, English and international arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures. We are instructed on a vast array of disputes, which can include post-transaction disputes, breach of warranty disputes, breach of contractdisputes, regulatory investigations, accounting technical disputes, professional negligence claims and investment arbitration disputes, to name just a few.You will have the opportunity to work alongside all of our practitioners as we operate as a truly national practice across all areas of forensic and valuation services by embracing a hybrid working model.As a member of this busy and growing team you will be instrumental in ensuring that client expectations are met through the provision of a quality product within an agreed budget and timescale. In addition, you will be actively involved in the growth anddevelopment of the forensic and valuations practice in London, including by participating in business development activities and contributing to the development of junior team members.About the roleAs an Assistant Manager your typical daily duties will include:
