Our Runners primary focus is to make sure that the restaurant is able to run efficiently. Our runners act as are liable back up to the waiters, keeping items stocked up, clearing and preparing tables, and generally pre-empting the waiters needs.WHAT YOUWILL DOThe key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:Having a good knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage menus and an in-depth knowledge of those for your department to ensure the best service for the customer.Preparingthe bar, restaurant and/or floor for service following the established checklists for your role and as directed by the General Manager; making sure that everything is complete before service starts.Managing opening and closing duties, including cleaning backof house areas.Communicating with the restaurant team regarding any problems or issues with equipment, stock or with customers.Serving food and beverage, consistently achieving the established agreed standards of service.Checking all dishes are to our membersclub standards before taking them to the member and reporting any problems to the Manager.
