Job Description

Package: £27K Base Salary (45k OTE Year 1, 65k OTE Year 2, 80k OTE Year 3)My client is a market-leading FMCG Recruitment agency who have been established for over 20 years. They partner with household names such as Warbutons, Lucozade and McDonalds, helping them scale their teams up and down the UK at mid-senior level. Theyare keen to hire their next cohort of graduates to undertake a 12 week training academy in which you will learn everything from candidate sourcing to negotiating at board level, before being unleashed as a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant. The idealcandidate will be switched on, money-driven and competitive, with the opportunity for black and white career progression available for those with strong enough ambition.The Role
