One of our International Law Firm clients is looking for a Float Team Executive to join its busy London based office in their busy IP and Disputes departments on a permanent basis. This multi-faceted role will see the successful candidate being heavily involvedwith the smooth running of the department and contribute to the Firms overall success. A candidate with a strong background of working with fee-earners and Partners, is vital for this role. Working knowledge of the IP and Disputes sector would be beneficial.The main duties of the role will consist of strong diary management for stakeholders, providing reminders for events, meetings and provide any information and make bookings where needed. The candidate will be required to assist in arranging these eventswhere needed, liaising with other relevant teams where needed. The candidate will provide key administrative support for the IP and Disputes department. The Float Team Executive will also be involved in pitching and marketing providing support to stakeholdersand aid in securing new business. Experience with pitch tool such as Loopio or similar will be very beneficial, you will also be required to keep mailing lists and contacts up to date. The role will also involve a billing and financial management element.Candidates will need to be experienced in billing procedures and be experienced in financial software Aderant.Successful candidates will have experience working within a legal department preferably having experience in IP/Disputes, and also have some experience working on either accounting or pitching software for example as mentioned above Aderant or Loopio. Thecore hours for this role will be from 9:30am- 5:30pm. The salary will be up to £39,000
