We are currently recruiting for a number of native Flemish Speaking Inbound Call Handlers to join the helpline division at our client based in London. However, the Dutch Speaking Inbound Call Handler role is completely remote working.You would be part of a busy, customer focused team, taking inbound calls from clients and investors and answering their questions on a specific transaction deal occurring in Belgium. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and a high degree ofaccuracy are key within this role. You would have contact with clients, receiving and responding to queries via phone, email and occasionally letter.Details:Start date: Thursday 1st July 2021 (must be able to start on this date)Duration: 3-4 Months (potential to be extended)Hours: Full time - 37.5h/pw. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (with an hours lunch)Pay Rate: £12 per hourLocation: Remote Working (laptop will be provided, but you must use your own smartphone via a client app)You will be operating on Belgium time, so you will have a day off on Belgian National Holidays.
