Job Description

OverviewWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a Fleet Solutions Coordinator to join our Fleet Management department. This will be a Homeworking/Hybrid role.Salary

  • £26,000 per annum

Hours
  • 42.5 hours: Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 5.30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis and overtime available.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Producing customer generic reports
  • Working with implementation team on the onboarding of customers
  • Ensure Customer Support Inbox is kept up to date and responded to with SLAs
  • Assist the Fleet Solutions Team where required
  • Provide excellent customer service in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Building customer relationships in a face to face environment and over the phone
  • Liaise with workshop manager for repair advice
  • Manage relationship with external parts suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure cost control of servicing and parts
  • Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and analyse data to identify trends
Key Accountabilities:
  • Compliance within either customer, legislative or manufacturers guidelines
  • Demonstrating a cost focused mindset and displaying excellent cost control within your remit, ensuring that all costs are either recharged or within customer specific parameters
  • Ensuring that repairs are completed in the most cost-effective manner whilst maintaining excellent customer service
  • Meeting customer satisfaction and call response times within Enterprise and customer guidelines
  • Using our Incident Management system to meet agreed timeframes for repairs
  • Managing and reporting of uptime on customers vehicles and assets
  • Adhering to all Enterprise processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as a Team and Initiative to Lead
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • CPC national qualification preferred but not essential
  • 3 years work experience preferably in a Fleet or workshop environment
  • Ability to take direction but also use own initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines, with flexibility to changing deadline
