Job Description

Fleet Manager Location: Atelier House, 64 Pratt Street, London NW1 0DL 29/11/2021 - 25/02/2022 £24.73 an hour Hybrid working 2 days in office with some travel to inspect fleet The Company: Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.Role: Fleet manager for One Housing Group - One Housing Group are a housing association and a not-for-profit organisation with a strong social purpose. We believe in creating places that people can call home, supporting people to live well andbuilding lasting homes and communitiesResponsibilities:The Property Services Directorate manages the repairs and maintenance service to over 22,000 properties across London, the South East and Home Counties.The directorate undertakes repairs, servicing, voids and planned maintenance work to our customers homes via our inhouse team and a variety of contractors and service providers who are employed on our behalf. This includes repairs to general needs, leasehold,market rent and our specialist Care and Support schemes. Our work also includes statutory and regulatory compliance checks.This role is responsible for ensuring One Housings vehicle fleet is managed and maintained in such a manner as to support operations in the most efficient way possible and ensuring compliance with H&S and procurement process.Our Fleet Manager will also be responsible for meeting regularly with supervisors and heads of service to discuss ways to meet or exceed corporate goals, assisting to manage the budget for all fleet cost such as leases, petrol, repairs, etcRequirements:

      Previous fleet manager experience
Business acumen Excellent IT skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Driving license Understanding of vehicle systems and technology Assertive and confident Attention to detailTeam playerGood organisational skillsExperience of working in the Housing/Property sectorBenefits:
