Job Description

Role: 1st Line IT SupportLocation: EC, LondonSalary: £27,000 (DOE) Sector: Managed Service ProviderThis is an exciting opportunity for a First Line IT Engineer to join a well renowned Managed Service Provider in their Central London Offices. This would be the perfect role if you are a motivated, IT focused individual who is seeking a successful career withinIT.Your New Role:

  • Work on a busy helpdesk alongside other specialist IT Engineers resolving a range of issues within the company
  • Provide high-class support to users across the country in a timely and professional manner via remote tools, email and over the phone
  • Offer articulate and knowledgeable front line IT Support through strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent training provided for you to excel within this role and internally progress to higher positions
  • Key Requirements:
  • Previous Experience working in a First Line / IT Support

  • Experience using Active Directory + Group Policy
  • Windows Server Installation + Configuration
  • Office 365 + Exchange
  • VMware + Hyper - V Experience
