Fire Safety ConsultantTechnology Led - Workplace and Fire Safety Consultancy CompanyLondonBasic Salary £85,000 excellent benefits include a £4K car allowance, a pension 3% employer, 5% employee.Full Time Permanent RoleOur client who is a highly respected Technology Led - Workplace and Fire Safety Consultancy Company is currently recruiting for a Fire Safety ConsultantCurrently seeking a resourceful and dynamic Fire Safety Consultant to join our expanding team as part of our continued growth.You’ll be responsible for:Creating fire strategy solutions for clients within the built environment and developmentDesigning fire management plansSupporting clients in developing a fire safety management system to British StandardsReviewing and implementing requirements under the new building safety management billUndertaking fire risk assessment across a range of built environmentsDesign client programs and execute for preparedness tests for emergencies or safety events and test themQualifications and ExperienceMIFSM, MIFireE, AIFireE or GIFireE (Essential)More than 10 years’ experience in advising, improving and supporting the fire safety management within the built environment, covering residential, offices, sleeping accommodation and other commercial properties that are complex and/or tall buildings (More than 6 stories). (Essential)Developed and delivered a significant number (30+) retrospective fire strategies with existing properties. (Essential/Desirable)Completed fire management plans to support accountable and responsible persons (incl. other duty holders). (Desirable)Have the capabilities to prepare a safety case for a high rise residential block. (Desirable)Level 4 IFE Diploma (Essential)Level 5 IFE Diploma (Desirable)CFPA EuropeanDiploma (Desirable)BSc in Fire Safety Engineering or Fire Engineering or similar (Desirable)In addition to your qualifications and extensive experience in delivering fire safety management advice and support, you will bring strong interpersonal skills and report writing abilities as well as a comprehensive understanding of current UK regulations and forthcoming changes.It’s an exciting time to join our team as we are going through a growth phase, so we’re looking for people who excel in dynamic environments and who have ambitions to fast-track their career in Fire Safety Management.These roles have a national remit and will be required to travel across the whole of the UK so it’s important you have the flexibility, and willingness to travel as required.To apply for this role please send your CV.
