In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title- Risk Data Close & Validation VP (Risk Close & Business Change) Location- Pune Role Description Risk Data Close & Validation (RDC&V) Risk Close lead is responsible to ensure smooth delivery of the FDW month end close process. Your key responsibilities
  • Responsible for the oversight and management of the FDW monthly and quarterly production cycle. Critical role in ensuring the bank can meet Key Risk Metric deliverables (including RWA and Leverage) and adhere to qtrly earning release and external reporting
  • Managing deliveries and working collaboratively across key Stakeholders to meet Regulatory Requirements determining the regulatory ME schedule & process for FDW (Finance Data Warehouse).
  • Pro-active planning along with FPI (Finance Production Integrity) - TDI colleagues of Production schedule for the month focusing on monthly classic runs along with other runs such as Anacredit, IFRS 12 etc
  • Manage production against schedule and ensure timelines of FDW close are met.
  • Run & own the production governance calls during ME close, Own issue tracker and capture all ME issues.
  • Prioritize issues and drive resolution during ME close, ensure alignment of adjustments. Work closely with FPI on Risk close stability topics.
  • Drive root causing of issues experienced during ME as part of continuous improvement.
  • Understand change landscape and consider impact on production planning.
  • Strategic Project Change Owner (primary contact for Infrastructure & Regulatory change topics). Working with Change Team to define; data sources, Target Operating Models, testing approach, resource requirements)
  • Secretary for the FDW production stability working group, proactively working on remediation to improve working environment for users across Risk Close
