Job Description

One-year fixed term renewableBogota - Colombia or Port of Spain - TrinidadIPPF is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organisations working with and for communities and individuals.Responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of Americas and the Caribbean member associations financial sustainability plans, prioritising social enterprise efforts but also including traditional resource mobilisation from donors. S/he will coordinate, support and develop a capacity strengthening programme on social enterprise in close coordination with the IPPF Social Enterprise hub based in Sri Lanka.You have a degree in business administration or relevant discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years experience on working on the design and implementation of successful financial sustainability strategies in the non-profit sector. You have a good understanding of the challenges and capacity strengthening needs of national organisations on organisational development and financial sustainability and a track record of successful resource mobilisation from development and humanitarian donors. Outstanding command of English and Spanish is essential. French or Portuguese are desirable.CVs will not be accepted.
