Role/ Department: Working in the Technology Solutions and Consulting Team in Asset Servicing, the Technology Relationship management will assist clients and Northern Trust partners. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Serve as a connection point between technology resources at our clients and within Northern Trust to execute the strategic direction of business function activities.
  • Keep clients abreast of Northern Trusts technology strategy and work to ensure clients and Northern Trust Technology remain aligned.
  • Act as a Technology Champion within Northern Trust, including presenting the latest technologies to internal partners and clients.
  • Consult with clients on technology modernization including data delivery methods and data strategy.
  • Assist the RFP team with technology questions.
  • Help with client audit questionnaires and presentations.
Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Experience within Asset Servicing or other financial services business.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience with both technology and client service.
  • Ability to translate technology speak to a non-technical individual.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to influence and educate others.
  • Experience solving complex problems using technology.
  • Strong interest in new technologies.
